July 26th – Dr. Richard Elgin, Ph.D., PLS, PE – Example Surveyor Notes for Plats. In this presentation, we go through them, discussing the application and need for each. Generally, this helps reduce risk to the surveyor. As one who has served as an expert witness in defending against claims made about surveys, I have a good perspective about making surveys more defendable.
